London Open House_ReportageWhen the call came from London Open House asking that photographers might be able to volunteer some time, I didn’t need any encouragement to go and take some photographs (alongside some of the voluntary stewarding I also did).
We were asked to shoot to our heart’s content for their archive of images to be used in their marketing material.
As the doors to some of the capital’s most iconic - and often inaccessible - buildings are thrown open, a photographer can capture, up-close, the marvel and curiosity about the built environment that some structures evoke, and the serenity that others instil in the visitors.
